Host a workshop!
We are looking for YOU(th) with experience in training and skills sharing experience to facilitate small ‘workshops’ in your local communities!
The purpose of these workshops is to facilitate young people to share their experience – so it doesn’t have to be in a classroom. It could be just you with a few friends at a coffee shop.
All you have to do is sign up and we will contact you with all the ‘workshop’ materials you need!
Here are the available ‘workshops’:
Campaigning and Mobilizing
Details: Online vs. offline campaigning, identifying targets, different ways of campaigning, timing, the importance of campaigning, the link between campaigning and mobilizing, mobilizing platforms, good time for mobilizing, the purpose of mobilizing, mobilizing basics
Volunteer Coordination
Details: The importance of volunteers and volunteer coordination to effective campaigning, four steps to coordinating volunteers, volunteer motivations and ‘job matching’, large groups vs. small groups, responsibilities of volunteer coordinator, challenges when working with volunteers, what it takes to be a successful volunteer coordinator
Media Skills
