2012 April Action for APYN YOU(th) – Stop the Execution of Yong Vui Kong!

Here is a YOU(th) Campaigning Activity to Stop the Execution of Yong Vui Kong!

What’s new? Organize a campaigning activity to stop Yong Vui Kong’s execution!

On April 4, Yong Vui Kong’s third appeal against his death sentence was rejected and his last hope is clemency from the President of Singapore, who can grant this only on the advice from the Cabinet. From now until 17 May 2012, take part in a regional campaigning activity by collecting signatures in your local community to ask the Singaporean authorities to stop his execution!

This is also a good opportunity for newcomers to gain campaigning and mobilizing skills!
